Pudding mix in cookies?? Why yes! it makes for amazing cookies. Im not a fan of gingerbread cookies but this was a winner for me! The spice flavor is not to strong and the texture is amazing, almost like a muffin top! The recipe can be found here:

Mmm, muffin top! Those are the best! I need to try putting pudding mix into my cookies. So far, I put it into my cupcakes and it really adds that extra oomph! :)
